PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering device capable of smooth steering by restraining an increase in sliding resistance between a slider and a housing by compressive deformation of an annular projecting wall of a dust boot while securing an excellent seal function. SOLUTION: This vehicular steering device is provided with a rack shaft housed in the housing 2a, a baracket 8 joined with a tie rod, the slider 6 slidingly arranged in a guide hole 5 of the housing 2a and the dust boot 7 having the annular projecting wall 21 formed around a through hole 19 for penetrating a fastener 9 for joining the rack shaft and the bracket 8. The annular projecting wall 21 is compressively deformed by fastening of the fastener 9 to seal a part between the dust boot 7 and the bracket 8. A space part 22 having the volume reducing by the compressive deformation of the annular projecting wall 21 is arranged in the annular projecting wall 21. Since the deformation is absorbed by the space part 22, pressing force to the slider 6 based on the compressive deformation is reduced to prevent the slider 6 from pressing the housing 2a by being deformed to restrain an increase in the sliding resistance.
