METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUZZER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a buzzer is provided to improve characteristics of buzzer by adhering a support ring to the upper portion edge of base of a supporting part. CONSTITUTION: A soldering pad(10B) and a base(20) are arranged at a mold for a case(10). The case(10) is an injection-molded by an upper and a lower mold. An injection hole(20A) is formed at the base(20). A supporting part(10C) of the case(10) is formed at the circumference of the injection hole(20A) of the base(20). The base(20) is inserted into the case(10). An upper edge portion(20B) of the base(20) is exposed toward the outside of the supporting part(10). A support ring(30) is laminated at an upper side of the base(20). A joke(40) is formed at the base(20). A coil(50), a magnet(60) and a vibration plate(70) are arranged at the periphery of the joke(40).
