PURPOSE: Provided is a malt tea-bag for a sweet drink made from fermented rice and pine needles, which is produced by mixing malt powder and pine needle powder and can easily elute efficient components of the pine needles and amylase of the malt. CONSTITUTION: The malt tea-bag of the sweet drink made from the fermented rice and the pine needles is produced by a process comprising the steps of: grinding the malt at a temperature of less than 70deg.C by cold blast to have 20-80mesh; mixing 100pts.wt. of the ground malt, 5-40pts.wt of the pine needle powder, 50-100pts.wt. of sugar, and 0.3-0.8pts.wt. of stebion; adding 5-10pts.wt. of water to the mixture and drying the mixture by hot blast at a temperature of less than 70deg.C on a plane plate; swing the dried seasoning malt mixture in a net of 1-3mm; putting a fixed amount of seasoning malt granules into a nonwoven fabric, wherein the seasoning malt granules are passed through the net.
