PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION HAVING THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITY ON GASTROINTESTINAL DISORDERS

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration having therapeutic activity on gastrointestinal disorders is provided to improve compliance of patients, to facilitate long-term administration and furthermore, to obtain a physically stable suspension or solution by effectively masking a bitter and an astringent taste of active ingredient without involving any additional manufacturing step or cost. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for oral administration having therapeutic activity on gastrointestinal disorders comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of aceglutamide aluminum and a mixture of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide as active ingredient, and carrageenan as taste masking agent.
