PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multitubular heat exchanger the heat-exchanging efficiency of which can be increased easily and, in addition, the manufacturing man-hour of which can be reduced. SOLUTION: This multitubular heat exchanger is constituted by arranging a plurality of heat transfer tubes 116 in its body 114. Each heat transfer tube 116 is composed of a main body 128 having a flat cross section and heat transfer fins 130 which are formed of corrugated plates, etc., and connect the facing faces of the main body 128 in the longitudinal direction to each other.
