PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant adsorbing heat pump which is advantageous for assuring a high speed cooling performance. SOLUTION: A refrigerant adsorbing heat pump compress reaction containers 1, 2 where adsorbing materials 1a, 2a capable of adsorbing refrigerant are stored; an evaporator 3 for evaporating the refrigerant; a condenser 4 for condensing the refrigerant; and an indoor device 5 for blowing cold air cooling the condenser 4, wherein the refrigerant is evaporated by a evaporator 3 through refrigerant absorption reaction at the adsorbing materials 1a, 2a and then cooling is carried out with latent heat accompanied by evaporator of refrigerant. The evaporator 3 is assembled into the indoor device 5, the indoor device 5 is constituted as the evaporator as well as the indoor device so as to cool indoor air by the evaporator and the indoor device.
