PURPOSE: A corrosion inhibitor is provided in which a biodegradable rinsing agent inhibiting corrosion is required since a product is used in the adjoining sea, and which prevents arbitrary severe damage on underwater organisms in case of outflow of the rinsing agent. CONSTITUTION: In a method for preventing corrosion of a pipeline comprising the steps of discharging all residual compounds from the pipeline; blowing nitrogen into the pipeline; and rinsing the pipeline with a rinsing agent, the corrosion preventing method is characterized in that the rinsing agent inhibits corrosion of the pipeline, wherein the rinsing agent is used in pipelines for exploration and development of oil well, the pipeline is a coiled steel tubing, wherein the pipeline is rinsed with a rinsing agent right after it is used. The rinsing agent comprises one or more oils and pacifier materials, wherein the one or more oils are an emulsifiable rinsing agent, the rinsing agent is biodegradable, the rinsing agent comprises a mixture of one or more base oils derived from plant oils, one or more emulsifiers, one or more corrosion inhibitors, an alkaline reserve and a lime scale dispersant.
