发明名称 METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR REPAIRING SLAB JOINT OF BRIDGE STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE: A repairing method and structure for a slab joint of a bridge structure are provided to prevent rain or snow removing potassium chloride from permeating between two slabs by tightly sticking two slabs with the slab joint, and to enable the slab joint to endure the expansion and constriction of the slabs. CONSTITUTION: A recessed portion is formed by cutting the joint portion of two slabs deeper than a paved layer(4) for removing a present joint connecting two slabs(3). A cut slab piece is removed with the present joint and a waterproof layer(12) is formed on the contact face and the cut face of the slabs. A packing(13) is inserted into a gap between the slabs and a supporting plate(14) is put on the cut face of the slabs to hide the gap between the slabs. Special concrete mixed with rubber asphalt grouped sealant and aggregates is placed on the supporting plate to form a special concrete layer(15) and finished being equalized with the paved layer. Polymer concrete is placed on the left of the supporting plate to form a polymer concrete layer(16) and finished being equalized with the upper face of the slabs. Normal temperature asphalt concrete is coated on the polymer concrete layer to form a normal temperature asphalt concrete layer(17) and finished being equalized with the paved road. Finally, coating concrete mixed with rubber asphalt grouped sealant and sand, is thinly placed on the special concrete layer, the normal temperature asphalt concrete layer and the paved road, as a coating concrete layer(18).
