PURPOSE: A scratch hologram sticker and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which is applied to varieties of lotteries, marketable securities, password of Internet home banking service and important personnel information so that alteration or forgery thereof is cut off, gives aesthetics to users, shuts off leakage of information and obtains convenience of use and manufacture of the scratch hologram sticker. CONSTITUTION: The scratch hologram sticker comprises: a surface film layer(101) for protecting a hologram formation part from the outer impact; a releasing layer(102) which is formed on the surface film layer(101) so as to easily remove the surface film layer(101); a hologram support layer(103) which is formed on the releasing layer(102) so as to support the surface of hologram; a hologram layer(104) which displays hologram images by being formed into a certain uneven patterns after coated on the hologram support layer(103) with a reflective metallic material; a first adhesive layer(106) adhesively fixing the hologram layer(104) to the transparent film layer(107); a transparent film layer(107) for protecting a printed material on a material to be adhered by the hologram formation part from impact when releasing and removing a hologram formation part; and a second adhesive layer(108) which is formed on the transparent film layer(107) so as to detach the hologram sticker from the material to be adhered.
