PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic program guide display device which can speedily search a desired program using a simple operation. SOLUTION: A first display form for displaying program information at a mode, where respective programs can be discriminated by colors that are ser for respective genres for the wide range of a time axis and the wide range of a channel axis and a second display form for displaying program information at a mode, where the respective programs can be discriminated by program names for a range narrower than the wide range of the time axis and a range narrower than the wide range of the channel axis are given. A program list range, which is to be displayed at the second display form, is displayed on a program list displayed at the first display form and it become identifiable. When a user gives the movement instruction of the program list range, the program list range on the program list, which is displayed at the first display form, moves according to the movement instruction. Since moving distance is decided to be the prescribed number of unit hours in the direction of the time axis and to be a prescribed number of channels in the channel direction, the user can efficiently search the program of the wide range. |
