PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission of information to plural second countries in languages of the second countries by transmitting the information to one position in languages of first countries. SOLUTION: Information mediation systems 1A to 1E provided in countries with different languages are connected by a network, the information is distributed to information mediation systems of the second countries via the network 2 by the information mediation systems of the first countries to receive a transmission request of the information from a transmitter, a translation request of the information into the languages of the second countries is made upon receiving distribution of the information and the translated information is distributed to receivers of the second countries by the information mediation systems of the second countries.
