PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reproduced or inputted digital audio data from being simultaneously recorded on plurality of data recording media. SOLUTION: A switching circuit 138 is inserted in the output route of digital output terminals 133 and 134. In the state where audio data PDA1 reproduced with a CD-DA unit 110 are recorded in a CD-R unit 120, the switching circuit 138 is set into an open state, and the audio data PDA1 are not outputted to the output terminals 133 and 134. Furthermore, in the state where audio data IDA inputted to input terminals 131 and 132 are recorded in the CD-R unit 120, the switching circuit 138 is set into an open state, and audio data IDA are not outputted to the output terminals 133 and 134. Simultaneous recording of the digital audio data PDA1 and IDA on a plurality of data recording media can thus be prevented, which contributes to protection of the copyrights. |
