The invention relates to an anion exchanger resin, to the use thereof as a polymeric anion exchanger in chromatographic methods, especially for cleaning and isolating nucleic acids, and to a chromatographic method, especially for cleaning and isolating nucleic acids. The invention also relates to a method for producing the anion exchanger resin. Said anion exchanger resin can be obtained by polymerizing at least one acrylic acid derivative with at least one cross-linking agent. The acrylic acid derivative is represented in general formula (I), and the cross-linking agent used during polymerization is described by general formula (III). |
