<p>The invention relates of a generally applicable process for obtaining inhibitors/activators of an enzyme by using a mutant enzyme that binds but is enzymatically inactive using a fluorescence polarization based or other method to measure protein-protein interaction. The obtained inhibitors/activators can be used for the preparation of medicaments for treating diseases caused by or involved with the activity of the enzyme.</p> |
