A laminated sheet comprising a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet and a reinforcing sheet which is laminated in one piece on one side of the foamed sheet, characterized in that the reinforcing sheet comprises a non-woven fabric comprised of non-melting fibers entangled with one another and a thermoplastic resin bonding the fibers to one another, and that the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet has an aspect ratio Dz/Dxy of a foam thereof of 1.2 or more and has an expansion ratio of 5 to 50 cc/g. The laminated sheet is advantageous in its being lightweight and also is excellent in flexural strength, compression strength, thermal formability and dimensional stability, and thus can be suitably used for an interior material, an insulating material, a cushioning material and the like for a vehicle.
