An Internet terminal (8) registers user information including an e-mail address to a point processing server (4) and the point processing server (4) transmits an e-mail including the link to a shopping site (6) in consideration of the user information. The Internet terminal (8) receives the e-mail. When the user clicks the link, the point processing server (4) gives the user a point and connects the Internet terminal (8) to the shopping site (6), and thereby the content is displayed. When the user purchases a commodity on the Web site, a point is given to the user. If the accumulated points reach a predetermined value, a privilege is given to the user. Therefore the user can use the site guide system thereafter. As a result, the sites introduced by the system are accessed more than sites introduced by another system.
