PURPOSE: An online project accomplishment system and method is provided to network a plurality of project development companies, and enable a user to request a project and select a project development company over the online network so that it can reduce a cost and a time. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of a project requester accessing a project accomplishment server and inputting detailed request data on the project, the server searching project development companies from a database, the server transmitting the project request data to the project development companies, the project development company receiving the project request from the server(S201), the company checking the project request(S202), the company transmitting a project refusal intention to the server in the case that the company can not perform the project(S203,S204)), the company transmitting development conditions, e.g. a development period, a cost or other data, to the server in the case that the company wants to perform the project(S205), the server storing the transmitted data at a database, and transmitting the data on the development company and the development conditions to the project requester(S206), the project requester checking the transmitted data, selecting one development company and transmitting the selected company to the server(S207,S208), and the server notifying the corresponding development company(S209).
