PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input circuit for a remote supervisory controller that can make the resolution 1 millisecond or below for the state display data of a supervisory control object device in the remote supervisory controller. SOLUTION: A remote supervisory control slave station unit 2 transmits state display data and its changing time of a supervisory control object unit 9 to a master station unit 1. The data input circuit 18 generates the state display data for the supervisory control object unit 9 and data denoting a rise or fall change in the state display data. A data change detection section 16 detects the input of the state display data and a rise or fall change in the input data and adds a time to the input data when detecting the change in the input data. A time correction circuit section 12 manages and corrects the time. A data storage section 15 stores the state display data, the change in the input data and the change detection time.
