PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user must create an SQL sentence newly by specifying one multi-dimensional database when a request to acquire related data is generated during retrieval of another multi-dimensional database is retrieved in a system with plural multi-dimensional databases. SOLUTION: When related data is requested concerning certain data during the retrieval of a certain multi-dimensional database, an inter-dimensional information management table and a multi-dimensional database information table are accessed and related data items to the requested data are transmitted top user application. When a related data acquisition request is issued by the user application, a member is acquired from an inter-member correspondence management table, the multi-dimensional database is accessed and a slice processing is performed. The result of the slice processing is transmitted to the user application as the related data.
