<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a piezoelectric transformer which is free from thermal deterioration of polarization of a piezoelectric transformer and facilitates an electrical and mechanical connection between lead terminals and input/output electrodes. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transformer comprises a rectangular piezoelectric transformer including an input electrode and an output electrode at the external surface and an insulation case including a lead terminal for accommodating the relevant piezoelectric transformer to electrically connect these input and output electrodes. The method of manufacturing the same piezoelectric transformer comprises the first process for polarization of the piezoelectric transformer and the second process for electrically and mechanically connecting, after the first process, the input/output electrodes and lead terminal by accommodating the piezoelectric transformer in the insulation case. Here, the electrical and mechanical connecting means is the non-contact type local soldering process.</p> |
