PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of reliably selecting a larger number of targets suited to questionnairing and to provide a system capable of efficiently providing highly reliable questionnairing results in a short time. SOLUTION: A questionnairing system has a means for managing transaction information on the retailers of articles as a data base and a means for retrieving a condition satisfying person from the data base. The questionnairing system may further have a means for performing questionnairing through a net and a means for statistically processing reply information.
