PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information profitable for the user of a rental car, to improve quality in the business service of an information provider and to manage the dynamic state of vehicles. SOLUTION: The preset position of a rental car is calculated on the basis of a received radio wave signal by a positioning means 12 of rental car terminal equipment 10, and this present position signal is transmitted through a vehicle side control means 15 and a communication line 30a to a center side communication means 21 of a server 20 for rental car dealer. A target area is set on the basis of the present position signal transmitted from the center side communication means 21 by a center side control means 22 and information belonging to the set target area is selected as providing information among information stored in a center side data base 23. The selected providing information is transmitted through the center side communication means 21, the communication line 30a and a vehicle side communication means 11 to a vehicle side control means 17 and displayed on the screen of an output display 13-1 of an output means 13.
