PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sample-dispensing apparatus of a autoanalyzer which can detect a level of clogging of a sample probe when the sample probe clogs, detect the possibility of the presence of foreign articles or the like in a sample, verify whether a dispensing operation is carried out correctly and enhance a reliability on measured results. SOLUTION: A differential pressure sensor 10 is connected between a dispensing syringe 10 and the sample probe 1 by T-shaped joints 6a and 6b, whose output is taken into a microcomputer 13 via an amplifier 11 and an A/D converter 12. The microcomputer 13 stores the output of the differential pressure sensor 10 during a suction/discharge operation into a memory 14 and determines state of the clogging of the sample probe 1. Since a pressure difference in a state with the sample probe 1 shut is '0', pressure differences of two points in normal state and in the state with the sample probe completely shut can be obtained, by measuring the pressure difference in a state without the sample probe 1 being shut. An advantage of measuring the pressure difference by the differential pressure sensor 10 is to enable the state of the clogging of the sample probe to be detected according to the pressure difference. |
