PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion in a wiring pattern exposed on a substrate in various kinds of electro-optic device equipped with an electro-optic panel such as a liquid crystal panel, and in particular, to surely prevent corrosion of a part in the wiring pattern where a high voltage is to be applied. SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film 35 is applied on the wiring pattern formed on the surface of the extended part 31a of the substrate in a liquid crystal panel 30 so that an integrated circuit chip 36 and an external capacitor 37 can be mounted and that the connecting wiring part 31e where a high voltage is always applied can be completely covered and protected. Thus, corrosion of the pattern is prevented. |
