PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a more electrical power consumption than an input by breeding pulse power using an electrostatic capacity of capacitor. SOLUTION: A DC power is converted into a pulse power. After breeding its electric energy by making a pulse power a direct current smoothed out by a capacitor parallel connected to the load circuit, it is converted to an alternating current and energy breeding is arbitrarily made.
