PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly fluctuate sensor characteristics of a sensor main fixed to a case. SOLUTION: This sensor provided with a box case 13 having an opening and fixed to the inside so as to position the sensor body 1 in the opening side, and a cover 16 covering the opening of the case 13 is so constituted that an engagement counterpart 13f to be engaged with an engagement part 16c is provided in the cover 16 so as to provide the case 13 with elasticity along with the rigidity.
