PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy temperature fuse assuring good operating characteristics while satisfying its flux effect during operation, independently of the heating of a low-melting-point fusible alloy piece during normal operation even when using rosin as a main component of a flux. SOLUTION: The fuse using as a fuse element a low-melting-point fusible alloy piece coated with a flux comprises mixing carboxylic acid having hydroxyl groups in the flux.
