PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of disarrangement in page sequence for its preparation or troublesome in operation for the inhibition of a copy in plural manuscripts, when trying to form a block and white image deliberately from a color copy. SOLUTION: The sensor, placing on the upper side than the position of image reader on the carrier line of a manuscript, detects a specific manuscript to be inhibited and controls image formation and the like, depending on a detected information.
