PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that a newly inputted job may be not preferentially processed due to its processing time or the like though having to be urgently processed because the remaining copy time of copy processing executed at present and the processing time of newly inputted copy processing are compared so that it is discriminated whether newly inputted copy processing should be executed by interruption or not in order to determine which should be preferentially output-processed. SOLUTION: A scanner part 31, a RADF 36, and a main CPU 401 which selects either a reservation mode or an interruption mode to execute output of the new job are provided. In the reservation mode, execution of the new job is reserved when a document is carried by the RADF 36 and is read by the scanner part 31 to input the new job in the middle of execution of a picture output job. In the interruption mode, the output job executed at present is temporarily interrupted to preferentially execute output of the new job when the document is set on a document placing base and is read by the scanner part 31 to input the new job. |
