PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve system simply handled and assembled without machining inside a differential case. SOLUTION: A hydraulic joint control valve is provided with a valve system allowing a pressure operating fluid to selectively flow so as to control the connection of a pair of rotating members. An operating fluid channel for a gerotor pump is formed and the thin plate type check valve 160 and pressure port stack for holding the uniformized pressure state is provided in the circumference of the gerotor pump. The thin plate type check valve 160 and pressure port stack contains a spring plate 164 and a sealing plate 162 adjoining to each other so as to form a check valve assembly, a port plate 166 forming a pocket so as to uniformize pressures in mutually different zones of the gerotor pump, a limiting plate 168 preventing a spring arm 164b from being damaged by vacuum or preventing the spring arm 164b from being excessively moving or deformed, and a series of relatively thin disks assembled into a superimposed arrangement.
