PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable maintaining high quality without increasing its cost. SOLUTION: This semiconductor circuit device is provided with the board 1 made of glass fiber on which multiple chips are mounted, a plurality semiconductor circuit chips 2a, 2b provided on the board 1 and a CR oscillation circuit 4 which is to be connected to the semiconductor circuit chip 2a→to transmit clocks to the chip 2a. The chips 2a, 2b have a plurality of connection terminals 5 which are to be connected to external circuit. Since connection terminals for the oscillation circuit are provided at the edge side of the chip 2a, wirings from the chip 2a to the oscillation circuit 4 can be shortened and, thus, problems related to quality and cost can be dissolved.
