PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine ball arranged plate which can remove fine balls easily and generates no variation in the height of arranged fine balls. SOLUTION: The arrangement plate 20 is formed with a plurality of arrangement holes 21, each of which consists of a suction hole 21a and a ball holding hole 21b having a size just enough to hold one fine ball 11. The arrangement holes 21 of the arrangement plate 20 are so formed that the centers of the suction hole 21a and ball holding hole 21b may be shifted by a distance exceeding half the difference between the inner diameter of the ball holding hole and the diameter of the fine ball.
