<p>The invention concerns a device (1) for monitoring premises (220, 225, 230, 235) from a control station (235), comprising connection means for connecting an emergency telephone (55) located in the premises to be monitored to a telephone exchange (32) of the national telephone network. The invention is characterised in that the connecting means comprise a slave device RD located in the premises to be monitored and a master device BT located in the control station. The master BT and slave RD devices exchange only digital data through a single internal line (45). The invention is particularly useful for managing the operation of one or several lifts from a common monitoring station.</p> |
