PURPOSE: An interpretation guide center is provided to interpret conversation contents to people who do not know foreign languages through one telephone conversation. CONSTITUTION: An interpretation guide center supplies a brochure for recording password designation and telephone numbers of subscribers, and orders and names of national interpretation guiders to the subscribers. The subscriber calls the telephone when foreigners inquire, tells a password, hangs up a handset to be same to the foreigner, and converses with the foreigners through the interpretation guider. The number of telephone conversation is calculated by previously inputted passwords. The subscribers equip a public telephone in public sight spot or a space in which the foreigners are frequently visited. The brochure is equipped in the public telephone.
