PURPOSE: A real time coupon and mileage service method and system is provided to manage a coupon and a mileage service over a wired and a wireless network by using a real time user approval based on biometrical data so that it can prevent a robbery of a coupon and a mileage and enhance an efficiency in managing the coupon and the mileage. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of a user inputting biometrical data via a biometrical data sensing terminal installed at a member store system(110), the member store system transmitting the input biometrical data to a biometrical data system(210), the biometrical data system approving the user by using registered biometrical data(620), a main server enabling the user to subscribe for a member by registering the biometrical data and personal data at the biometrical data system and a member management system in the case that the user is not a member(220), the main server accumulating a coupon or a mileage at a coupon/mileage management system(810), the main server transmitting the accumulated result to the member store system(230), the main server checking if the user uses the accumulated coupon or mileage(820), the coupon/mileage management system processing the usage of the accumulated coupon of mileage and transmitting the process specifications to the member store system(821,822), the member store system displaying the transmitted data(240), the main server transmitting the credit card data to a corresponding card company, requesting a payment, receiving the payment result from the card company and transmitting the processed result to the member store system in the case that the user pays for a service or a commodity with a credit card(510,520,530).
