METHOD FOR GRADUALLY CONSTRUCTING THESAURUS TO EFFECTIVELY SEARCH FOR GOODS IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, SELECTIVE EXPANSION BROWSING AND INTELLIGENT QUERY METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for gradually constructing a thesaurus to effectively search for goods in electronic commerce, a selective expansion browsing and an intelligent query method are provided to apply the structural characteristics of an object-oriented paradigm to a thesaurus in order to exactly express a semantic structure of domain knowledge. CONSTITUTION: A user selects a system command mode among a mode for a thesaurus construction of a system phrase recommendation method(a), a mode for the thesaurus browsing of an abstraction method(b), and a thesaurus reference query processing mode to intelligently extract the associated concepts of a specific meaning from a thesaurus(201-205). In case that the user selects the mode(a), constructed thesaurus layers, associated information and various abstracted thesaurus information are browsed(206). Associated reference objects processed according to a thesaurus reference query result and a thesaurus reference graph for the processed objects are displayed visually according to the user's intention(208).
