PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a program amount and authentication key data by managing a plurality of accounts on a single card with one application. SOLUTION: A plurality of account numbers are kept as a data string separately from a representative account number on an IC card 10 and by using an authentication key related to the representative account number, an authentication code is generated and transmitted to a center device 30. Then, only when the legality of the authentication code is confirmed by accessing the representative account number from the center device 30 and it is further confirmed that the account is related to transaction account numbers to be simultaneously transmitted, a transaction with the transaction account is permitted.
