PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an information distribution dealer to collect material data owned by general users through a network in spite of constraint satisfying the protection information of copyrights and to enable a producer to prepare production data and distribute the production data by utilizing the material data through the network in accordance with the needs of plural clients contracted by the dealer. SOLUTION: The information distribution dealer provides a registration support software to an information (material) provider 101 to apply the capitulation to be public-offered on the network, and the information (material) provider 101 registers the material data according to this procedure. In this case, the information (material) provider 101 permits the usage and re-working of registered materials. The dealer stores the materials of the registered person for a fixed period and operates its available environment.
