PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to securely contain a battery preventing connection fault and make use of a whole of top part of a printed board. SOLUTION: With the battery park having a spiral battery spring 3 acting elastic force of restitution on electrodes of battery cells to contact and hold them, the above spiral battery spring 3 is so constructed that its spiral center axis 4 is fixed to the battery containing box 1 by letting it protrude in a slanting manner toward the side of a battery insertion opening 2 from the base end.
