PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile navigation system by which a user can confirm the frequency of displayed VICS (registered trademark) information even when a receiving frequency is changed during a search. SOLUTION: The automobile navigation system is provided with a control circuit 21 by which, when the receiving frequency is to be displayed, the VICS information is displayed on the basis of a frequency at a time when the VICS information to be displayed is received and by which the VICS information is displayed on the basis of the present frequency of an FM receiver 1 at a time when the VICS information is not to be displayed.
