HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which makes heat-exchange between two kinds of fluids and has good heat transferring ability and a high pressure withstanding strength. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted by spirally winding a pipe for primary fluid and another pipe for secondary fluid in a double spiral in which the pipes are alternately brought into contact with each other in a heat- exchangeable state and fastening fixing sections provided at both ends of the pipes to each other so as to adhere the pipes closely to each other. The pipe for primary fluid is made to have a circular cross section and the pipe for secondary fluid is made to have recessed sections matching the circular pipe for primary fluid so that the pipes may be adhered closely to each other.
