<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistive element which controls shift of trimming laser beams at high precision the use of a normal trimmer, and can confirm the results of trimming which has actually been conducted. SOLUTION: An alignment mark 13 as a positional reference for trimming is provided in a resistive body 11, having a resistive pattern which can be trimmed, and an alignment mark 14 serving both as a laser passing confirming mark which does not affect the electrical characteristics is provided in a margin near parts 12a, 12b which can trim the resistive pattern, respectively. Thus, the position of the trimming is controlled accurately, and the results of the trimming which has actually been conducted are confirmed by a trace of laser beams of the alignment mark 14 serving both as a laser passing confirming mark.</p> |
