PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equivalently blow a heated gas to a material to be heated by reducing a loss by a wind force and enhancing a thermal efficiency. SOLUTION: A hot air circulating and straightening mechanism comprises a cylindrical nozzle 2 disposed in a direction perpendicular to a plate-like material P to be heated of an object to be heated to guide the heated gas W to be blown to the material P. In this case, a blower 1 for supplying the gas W as a vortex flow is opposed to the nozzles 2. The nozzles 2 are arranged substantially in a circumferential direction of the vortex flow supplied from the blower 1. Thus, a partial part 2a of a downstream side of the vortex flow supplied from the blower 1 at ends of the nozzles 2 is extended to the material P side.
