PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have the value of neck run out of a funnel having two yokes to be deconcentrated equally so as to be within standard allowed value. SOLUTION: Two pads 11a, 11b on a wide side are ground to a distance determined with a line 12 connecting the center of neck seal portions of two yokes 4a, 4b and a pad 11c on a narrow side is ground in a distance determined with a perpendicular bisector 14 connecting the center of the neck seal portions of the two yokes.
