PURPOSE: A terminal assembly for a starting contactor of a vehicle is provided to compact the terminal assembly, and to cut down expenses by manufacturing the terminal assembly conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A cap(15) is inserted and fixed axially in a contactor body, and two fixing contact points cooperating with a driving contact point of the contactor and a connection terminal are supported with the cap. The fixing contact point is connected to power by the connection terminal, and the other fixing contact point is connected to a rotor of a starter motor. A connection unit between a relay coil and the terminal and an exciting terminal are supported with the cap. The connection terminal is placed at the side of the cap, and a connecting shaft is not paralleled with the principal axis of the cap. The connection terminal is fixed in a supporting element by a screw and a nut, and inserted to a saddle(12). The terminal assembly is compacted, and manufactured with low cost.
