PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently relate, preserve and manage the documents of different kinds such as an application document and an investigation report concerning a document managing system and a document to be used therefor, with which the data of documents correspondent between kinds are related and managed when preparing a data base for each kind concerning each of documents of plural kinds. SOLUTION: Concerning an application document 11, on which a bar code seal is stuck, image data are acquired by an applicant data preparing means 35 of a managing data preparing means 32 and the information on the bar code is stored in an applicant DB 33 as a managing number. Concerning an investigation report 21, on which the same bar code seal is stuck, image data are acquired by an investigation report data preparing means 36 and the information on the same bar code is stored in an investigation report DB 34 as a managing number so that the applicant data and the investigation report data can be related. |
