PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance confidentiality of information and prevent leakage of information. SOLUTION: A data processor 4 is equipped with a key preparing means preparing a public key and a secret key made to correspond to each other, a transmission requesting means requesting to send prescribed data from a copying machine management device 2, a transmitting means to transmit the public key together with the request to send to the copying machine management device 2, a storage means storing the secret key, a receiving means to receive the encrypted prescribed data from the copying machine management device 2, and a decoding means to decode the encrypted prescribed data by using the secret key. The copying machine management device 2 is equipped with a receiving means to receive the request to send and the public key from the data processor 4, a storage means for storing the received public key, an encrypting means for encrypting the prescribed data requested to send by using the public key, and a transmitting means to transmit the encrypted prescribed data of the to the data processor 4. |
