PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dealer system using building information capable of promptly providing proper merchandise to match a building of a customer to visit a dealer to sell building-related merchandise to the customer. SOLUTION: Building specification information to specify and draw various kinds of data regarding the building of a card owner by accessing a first data base DB1 in which various kinds of the data regarding the building by every object are stored is recorded in a building information card 4. Various kinds of the data regarding the building of the card owner is acquired by setting the building information card 4 in a card reader 2A and accessing the first database DB1, merchandise information to match the building of the card owner is acquired from a second database DB2 (merchandise data base) based on various kinds of the data and the merchandise information can be watched in an output part 3. |
