PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediation service to introduce language learners to teach languages each other among different countries. SOLUTION: An Internet user registers a member profile in a member profile server 1 via an ISP which the user subscribes by paying a membership fee to this service agency. Parameters of a 'mother tongue' and 'languages of interest' are described in the member profile. When the member logs in the service, he/she can use special chat service to teach languages one another with foreign people. Rules of the chat service is established that only two languages can be used, a chat corner having an upper limit of the number of participants is sorted into plural chat corners so that members are properly mingled among different countries and the chat corners are run in parallel. A sorting work of the log-in members is performed by a language learning community broker 3 operated by a provider of the service. |
