PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate proper advertisement rate corresponding to the effect of advertisement. SOLUTION: When the distribution of an advertisement is requested from a shop device 24 to an advertisement server 20, the distribution request is accepted and the advertisement is distributed through a base station control center 10 with the communication area of a prescribed base station 12 as a target. A mobile terminal 14 being present in the area, to which the advertisement is distributed, can receive the advertisement distributed from the base station 12. When the user of the mobile terminal 14, which receives the advertisement, visits a shop being the request source of the advertisement, by performing communication between the shop device 24 installed inside the shop and the mobile terminal 14, the visit of a customer based on the distribution of the advertisement can be detected. The shop device 24 transmits the visitor presence notice to the advertisement server 20. The advertisement server 20 charges the distribution requesting shop of the advertisement fare corresponding to the number of visitors counted on the basis of visitor presence notices from the shop device 24. |
